The next morning, the girls happily jump through the ENDLESS CONNECTION FOUNTAIN during their visits to the PORT OF AARHUS, AARHUS HARBOUR SQUARE, and DOMEN in the neighborhood of AARHUS C. Then they swim a lap in the HARBOUR BATH.

In the chic GHRELIN GOURMET RESTAURANT, the friends let themselves be spoiled with the best Danish delicacies. Then they stroll along the AARHUS YACHT HARBOUR. After a tour of one of the largest art museums in Northern Europe, the AROS ART MUSEUM, the girls enjoy the colorful view of the RAINBOW PANORAMA on the roof.

After a visit to KUNSTHAL, the knowledge-thirsty V-GUIDES also dive into the time of the Norse men and women in the VIKING MUSEUM. Here and there, they discover the SANKT JOHANNES CHURCH, THE CHURCH OF OUR LADY, probably established in 1227, and the neo-classical SANKT LUKAS CHURCH.

Then the friends stroll through DOWNTOWN and the picturesque idyllic MØLLESTIEN (mill lane), where they admire, among other things, the CHARMING HOUSE. In the legendary JAZZ BAR BENT J, the girls dive deeper into the wild music from the southern states of the USA.

The friends discover the renaissance townscape DEN GAMLE BY, and the unique collection of Danish buildings with the oldest dating back to around 1550. A visit to the OLD TOWN MUSEUM is now on the agenda. Here, the girls go on a fascinating journey back in history. They marvel at THE JEWELLERY BOX and THE DECORATIVE ARTS GALLERY. In THE EXHIBITION AARHUS FORTÆLLER – AARHUS STORIES, the explorers dive into the exciting history of Aarhus and learn more about why the buildings, streets, harbor, and so on are built the way they are. The friends also visit THE TOY MUSEUM which presents approximately 5000 toys from the 1600s to the mid-1990s.

Furthermore, the group visits REMEMBER THE 1970S where they experience an entire neighborhood from 1974 in Den Gamle By. They visit six different homes, pastry shops, a radio and TV shop, and a gynecologist’s clinic. THE DANISH POSTER MUSEUM will also not be overlooked on this day. Hungry, the V-GUIDES and their friends stop off at GÆSTGIVERGÅRDEN, where they try a SMØRREBRØD or a light lunch based on traditional Danish cuisine.

A little further west the group finds the green oasis, THE BOTANICAL GARDEN, and the VÆKSTHUSENE (TROPICAL HOUSES) where they discover numerous plant collections in four different climate zones. In the BOTANICAL GARDENS GREENHOUSES, the friends finally feel like they are in the jungle. Maybe they are lucky and experience the STELLA POLARIS FESTIVAL here in the park.

In the TEATER KATAPULT, they enjoy a contemporary play. Then it’s on to ‘the larder of Aarhus’, the FREDERIKSBJERG QUARTER. Here, they enjoy life to the full. They stroll through the streets like M.P. BRUUNSGADE where they find the quality bread of SCHWEIZERBAGERIET (Flashback). They are headed to FREDERIKS ALLÉ and JÆGERGÅRDSGADE where they enter the restaurant and cocktail bar ST. PAULS APOTHEK & RESTAURANT ST. PAULS APOTHEK. The night is getting long.
